Denny Malecha is co-owner of Dosco and can be credited for launching the Cabinet Shop and growing it into a big part of who we are. Denny was raised in Montgomery, MN and has been doing some form of construction or maintenance his whole life. His small town upbringing and his 'Bohemian Charm' combine for a pleasant, unthreatening relationship. If you have feathers and a beak Denny is not your friend. Steer clear! This man is a waterfowl nut! Denny and his family have been in the south metro now for 25 years. |

Scott Sauter is co-owner of Dosco. He started remodeling with his father over 25 years ago. Scott runs the Commercial side of Dosco, and maintains our in-house Stain Shop. When he isn't working, he enjoys road trips on his motorcycle and hunting. Scott and his wife Donna have been married for 26 years and have 3 sons now grown and on their own. Scott and Donna live in Farmington and have close ties to Rosemount and Dakota County. |

Mary Eggleston wears many hats, the main one being Office Manager extraordinaire. She is involved in all aspects related to Dosco. She also has a great eye and is always happy to assist customers with selections. When she isn’t keeping us in line she enjoys running, biking, hiking, and vegging out at the lake with her husband. Mary was born and raised in New Orleans, and even after being in Minnesota for 20+ years only survives the winters! |

Adam Mull comes from a framing background of custom single family homes. Adam spent 2 ˝ years at a large local cabinet shop before coming to Dosco in 2002. He learned many things about the field and was a job sup for 4 years. And now, after being in the construction industry he is now our Operations Manager. Adam and his family have lived in Apple Valley for nearly 30 years. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves to fish, camp, and bow hunt. |

Dave Dailey, has been involved in stain and finish for most of his life. He got his start 39 years ago in his mother's antique shop doing repairs and custom finishes. Dave has headed up the prefinish shop for several large local cabinet shops. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and five grandchildren. |

Eric Hoffman is our resident draftsperson. He graduated from Dakota County Technical College in 2004 with his associates degree in drafting. Besides office work, Eric is a skilled cabinet maker and spends many hours in the shop. Eric is an avid sportsman and spends most of his free time hunting and fishing. |

Jerrol Hoffman is our 'Shop God'. He has been shop foreman for the last 6 years and is experienced in all aspects of cabinetry. Jerrol is a dedicated family man and makes a mean horseradish! |

John Hogan, known aliases, 'Johnny', 'Little John'. John started out in concrete work learning the 'foundation' of construction. He has also spent time on framing crews. In his 3 years with Dosco, he has absorbed an unbelievable amount of 'know how' and has quickly become the guy everyone fights over at the scheduling meetings. Johnny loves racing, demo derbies, and has bowled 7 perfect games! |

Ryan Jeppesen is our Master Trim Carpenter. When it comes to custom woodwork, Ryan is your man. This guy loves nothing more than making sawdust, which has earned him the nickname 'Chinchilla'. Ryan is also known as a fishing freak! If you can't find him behind a miter saw, then he is probably on a lake. |

Greg 'The Perfectionist' Martens came to us as a mechanic from Northwest Airlines. After filling our initial maintenance needs, Greg found a perfect home in the Cabinet Shop building mantels and other specialty pieces. |

Craig Olson, Dosco's sole dedicated salesperson, has been involved in the building/remodeling industry for 25 years. He has a vast background of experience and knowledge, from the distribution side down to dealing with homeowners on the retail side. Call Craig anytime for an estimate on any project for your home. |

Mike Smialek is our Wisconsin transplant which has earned him the nickname “Swiss”. Mike has been remodeling for 18 years and spent 2 years as a plumber before that. Swiss was hired on as a job supervisor 5 years ago and has been running jobs ever since. Mike and his family live in Eagan and love to watch the Packers (please don’t hold that against us!). |

Meet our dogs, Duke our yellow lab, Kiah our resident mutt, Seamus our chocolate lab, and Libby our black lab and is the oldest. They watch over the shop everyday and greet any customers that come in. Please make sure to wear neutral colors when you come in. Thanks. |
